A proof is a retouching sample which will be provided to you to make sure that your instructions are accurately followed. You will be able to provide feedback before I embark on completing the rest of the images.
Request Layers
If you intend to edit your images again in the future, you can request to return the image layers in a .tiff file.
Request 1 additional edit
Should you require additional adjustments after the images have been returned to you, you are allowed to make one additional edit request (subject to availability)

FAQs
How does your process work?
Send your request for editing work and all images securely via Dropbox, wetransfer or Google Drive.
Approve your quote which will be sent to you to your email within 24 hours.
After making payment, work will begin.
Retouching proofs will be sent to you within 24 hours of payment, which you will be able to provide any feedback.
All images will be returned to you by the deadline.
Should you need any additional improvements, you are allowed to submit one request but it will be subjected to my availability to fulfill your request.
How can I make payment?
Secure payment can be made via paynow / paylah (Singapore). International payment can be made via Paypal. Escrow payment is also available upon request, but additional platform charges will apply. Should you need an invoice for the work, please request via email.
What constitutes a simple image or complex image?
It depends on the instructions that you have requested. Generally, should an image require more than 20 minutes for retouching, it will be considered a complex image.
Will you be able to rush specific images?
Yes, but it depends on my availability to fulfill your request. You will have to let me know clearly via email which images will need to be rushed.
How do I send you my instructions?
Package it up in a creative brief or send instructions via email. If the information is inadequate for me to proceed, I will contact you via email / phone call to clarify.
